How does psychometric testing work?

Drake P3® uses objective, scientifically based data to highlight traits, communication, and motivational needs to predict workplace performance. The candidate undertakes a 15–20-minute online assessment and an insightful behavioural profile.  The assessment maps out the individual's unique combination of four primary behavioural driver traits and other key considerations such as emotional intelligence, decision-making style, motivational needs, stress levels, energy levels, plus learning and communication style.
